Our Review Process
Every price, medication, and policy detail in these reviews comes from the provider's own published pages or a named third party, recorded with the date we checked it. Where a provider doesn't publish something — refund terms, lab requirements, pharmacy partners — we say so rather than guessing.
We have not signed up for these services ourselves, and we don't imply that we have. The full scoring rubric is published in our provider comparison.

What to Look For in a Provider
The total, not the headline
Most providers split the bill into a membership fee and a medication fee. A $99/month medication price with a $79/month membership is $178. Add both numbers before comparing anything.
Your price at maintenance dose
Starter-dose pricing is the industry's favourite illusion. Some providers charge the same at every dose; others more than double as you titrate up. Ask what you'll pay six months in.
Brand-name or compounded
Compounded medication is not FDA-approved and is never covered by insurance. Brand-name self-pay pricing has fallen far enough that this is no longer purely a cost decision.
Support during titration
Side effects are where provider quality stops being abstract. Check whether follow-up visits are included, charged per visit, or unavailable.
Important Reminder
Telehealth can provide convenient access to GLP-1 medications, but it's not a replacement for comprehensive medical care. These medications require medical supervision, and it's worth discussing with your primary care provider whether they're appropriate for you.
