Weekly Care Review

Weekly Care review covering advertised GLP-1 starting prices, Wasef Health clinical care, pharmacy submission, shipment timing and cancellation policy.

By GLP-1 News Today Editorial · Published · Updated

Weekly Care advertises compounded semaglutide from $89 a month and tirzepatide from $99, with no separate membership fee. Its public offer includes provider visits, supplies and shipping. The important next step is to connect the starting figure to a specific payment term, prescribed preparation and dispensing pharmacy.

We checked the official service page and policies on October 15, 2026. This commercial public-source review does not report patient experience, independently tested treatment results or a verified pharmacy inspection. We distinguish the company’s advertised delivery timetable from the longer process described in its shipping policy.

Establish the actual payment term behind a starting price

The homepage says the selected treatment price is the same across prescribed doses and describes medication, provider visits, shipping and ongoing care as included. It also says it operates on a self-pay basis, with possible HSA/FSA reimbursement depending on the person’s plan. A payment method does not establish insurance coverage or an individual reimbursement decision.

The refund policy discusses six-month plans, while the homepage presents monthly starting equivalents. This review did not establish one checkout term that applies to every reader at $89 or $99. Request the total amount due, covered supply period, dispensing schedule and renewal arrangement before using either figure in a comparison.

Identify the clinical practice and assigned pharmacy

Weekly Care names Wasef Health as its clinical partner. Its FAQ identifies Hallandale and VialsRx as examples of pharmacy partners. These disclosures help identify the roles involved, but they do not establish which pharmacy will fill a particular prescription or independently verify its current license and product quality.

The service advertises availability in all 50 states and Washington, DC, while noting that particular medications, formulations and fulfillment options can vary by location. Ask who handles the assessment and follow-up in your state. Platform support for a shipment is different from a clinician’s advice about treatment or a pharmacist’s instructions about a vial.

Separate review, preparation and carrier transit

The homepage’s one-to-three-day message is accompanied by a statement that timelines depend on approval, pharmacy processing, availability and shipping conditions. The shipping policy describes shipment generally within two to four business days following approval and pharmacy preparation, with expedited carrier service and weekday fulfillment.

Those are estimates for different stages, not one guaranteed delivery date from checkout. A useful order-status question is whether the clinician has approved, whether the pharmacy has received the prescription, and whether a carrier has actually accepted the package. Keep those milestones separate when planning for a refill with the treating team.

The key refund cutoff is pharmacy submission

The policy allows cancellation before the prescription is submitted to the pharmacy and generally makes it final after submission. It promises a full refund for medical ineligibility. Ending the plan stops future renewals after confirmation, while unused time within a current cycle is generally not prorated.

For a six-month plan with at least three months remaining, the policy permits a discretionary request rather than an automatic remaining-term refund. Ask for the exact policy tied to the selected purchase. Cancellation of a financial plan does not itself provide instructions for changing medical treatment; discuss treatment decisions with the clinician.

Report a delivery problem with the records the policy requests

The policy asks for damage reports within 24 hours, with photographs and retained packaging, and describes verified replacement or refund possibilities. It also sets documentation requirements for a missing package marked delivered. This review has not tested a claim or confirmed an individual outcome.

Do not decide that a compounded preparation is usable solely because a vial looks clear or an ice pack has melted. Ask the dispensing pharmacist to assess the actual product, shipping history and storage instructions. A general marketing statement about stability cannot determine the condition of a particular shipment.

Keep compounded-product evidence separate from the offer

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. FDA does not evaluate them before marketing for safety, effectiveness or quality. Ask why the proposed preparation meets a medical need that an approved product cannot meet, and obtain the exact label and instructions from the dispensing pharmacy.

The GLP-1 headline guide provides a way to check claims about energy, effectiveness or treatment speed: identify the source, date, product and actual finding. The Collective review adds a different payment model for comparison. Neither a low headline price nor an included service establishes clinical superiority, individual eligibility or a predictable weight-loss result.

Questions about Weekly Care

Are $89 and $99 guaranteed one-month checkout totals?

This review establishes the homepage starting prices, not one checkout term for every patient. Confirm the selected payment and supply period.

Can an unshipped prescription still be nonrefundable?

Yes. The policy uses transmission to the pharmacy as a cutoff, which can occur before shipment.

Does two-day shipping mean delivery two days after payment?

No. Provider review and pharmacy preparation are separate from carrier transit, and the company describes its timelines as estimates.
