What Is CoreAge Rx?

CoreAge Rx coordinates an online health questionnaire, clinician assessment and delivery when a prescription is granted. Its product pages advertise US board-certified physicians, no separate membership fee and free shipping.

CoreAge’s twelve-month plan quotes start at $79/month for semaglutide and $129/month for tirzepatide. The public product pages and linked sale currently advertise $99 and $149 respectively. Different offer and term selections therefore need a separate check at checkout.

How the Program Works

Consultation process
The public product pages describe an online questionnaire reviewed by a fully licensed physician. A prescription is conditional on clinical assessment.
Eligibility
Determined by the assigned provider after reviewing health history. A marketing offer does not guarantee eligibility.
Provider involvement
CoreAge describes US board-certified physicians and provider access. Confirm who manages the individual prescription and follow-up.
Lab requirements
Not specified in the reviewed public offer. Ask the provider before paying.
Pharmacy fulfillment
CoreAge describes US compounding pharmacies. The reviewed pages do not identify the pharmacy assigned to every patient.
Shipping frequency
CoreAge Rx includes fast, free two-day shipping after a prepared prescription is dispatched. Allow separately for clinical approval and pharmacy processing before transit begins; the carrier’s tracking record provides the arrival estimate. Confirm the dispatch and refill dates for your selected order.
Support services
Helpful customer service and quick answers to account or order inquiries are available through CoreAge Rx. The team responds promptly to practical purchase questions. For prescription decisions, use the clinical contact route; this review has not measured medical response times.

About Compounded GLP-1s

The FDA declared the tirzepatide shortage resolved in December 2024 and the semaglutide shortage resolved in February 2025, which ended the window for compounding pharmacies to make large volumes of copies of those drugs (503A pharmacies had until April 22, 2025; 503B outsourcing facilities until May 22, 2025). Many telehealth companies continue to offer compounded GLP-1s prescribed for an individual patient — often as a personalized dose, a microdose, or a formulation combined with a vitamin such as B12 or B6. That practice sits in a contested legal area, and the FDA has continued to act. In a Federal Register notice published on May 1, 2026, the FDA proposed not to include semaglutide, tirzepatide or liraglutide on the 503B bulks list, saying it had not identified sufficient evidence of a clinical need for outsourcing facilities to compound them from bulk substances; the comment period was extended to July 30, 2026. Separately, in February 2026 the FDA issued warning letters to 30 telehealth companies over false or misleading claims about compounded GLP-1s, and it has continued: a further round dated 8 June 2026 — 25 warning letters, posted publicly on 16 June 2026 — reached companies including Medica Weight Loss, FITISH and Roen Health (RoenRx), again over false or misleading claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide that the FDA said made the products misbranded under sections 502(a) and 502(bb) of the FD&C Act. The claims cited included suggesting the products were FDA-approved, implying equivalence to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound, and asserting the "same active ingredient" or "same results" as the approved drugs. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, which means they have not gone through the same review as the brand-name products.

None of that is specific to CoreAge Rx — it applies to every provider offering compounded medication. We cover the trade-offs in detail in our guide to brand-name versus compounded GLP-1s.
