The Giveaway runs in consecutive 30-day entry periods. Each period is separate: it has its own entries, its own drawing, and its own prize. When one period closes the next opens immediately, and the Giveaway continues until Sponsor ends it under Section 14.

The current Entry Period (Period 1) began on August 6, 2026 at 12:00 AM and ends on September 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Its winner will be drawn on or about September 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

All times are stated in Central Time. An entry counts only toward the period during which it is received. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device. This page always shows the period currently open — check back for later periods.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older — or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater — at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

During the Entry Period, visit GLP-1 News Today, complete the giveaway entry form with a valid email address, and agree to these Official Rules. Entry is free.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period. Entering one period does not carry an entry forward into the next — you may enter again in each new period, and each entry counts only toward the period in which it is received. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, multiple identities, or any automated, robotic, macro, scripted, or programmed method are void, and any person found doing so may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received for any reason.

One (1) prize will be awarded per Entry Period: One (1) $750 Amazon Gift Card.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $750 USD. Total ARV per Entry Period: $750 USD. Because the Giveaway runs in consecutive 30-day periods, one prize is awarded in each period for as long as the Giveaway continues.

The prize will be delivered electronically to the confirmed winner's verified email address. All costs not expressly stated as being provided are the winner's sole responsibility.

The Amazon Gift Card is subject to Amazon's applicable gift card terms and conditions, and may be subject to restrictions imposed by Amazon. Sponsor does not control and is not responsible for those terms.

The gift card may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. The prize may not be substituted, transferred, assigned, or exchanged except as stated in these Official Rules or as required by law.

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Once the gift card has been delivered to the confirmed winner, Sponsor is not responsible for a lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized gift card, except where required by law.

For each Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that period only. The drawing for the current period (Period 1) will be conducted on or about September 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

Odds of winning a given period's prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that period. Entries from earlier periods are not carried forward and do not affect later drawings.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry, within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days of the date it is sent. Failure to respond within that period, a returned or undeliverable notification, or a refusal or inability to accept the prize will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may repeat this process up to three (3) times, after which the prize may go unawarded.

The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and identity and to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and — where lawful — a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated here, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number and may be issued an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their name, city and state of residence, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes, in any medium, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Entry information is used to administer the Giveaway. Marketing email is sent only to entrants who separately and affirmatively opted in, and consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not withdraw or cancel an otherwise valid Giveaway entry.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or other failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions.

If for any reason the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned — including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway, or to disqualify any individual responsible.

If the Giveaway is cancelled or terminated early, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the action.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
