Choosing a weight-loss provider and choosing a medication are connected decisions, but they are not the same decision. A platform can publish a convenient plan while the prescribing clinician still needs to determine whether treatment is suitable and which exact preparation to consider.
The provider list below links to full reviews. It compares published offers and care arrangements; it does not predict your weight change or establish that the first provider is clinically superior. Start with the review that helps you ask a clearer question about your own proposed plan.

Ondra Health launched nationwide in May 2026 with compounded semaglutide from $96/month and tirzepatide from $142/month on annual plans, held flat across every dose — and it publicly names all five compounding pharmacies that fill its prescriptions, which no other provider on this list does.
Flat dose pricing means titrating up does not raise your bill.

An FDA-approved product and a compounded preparation are different categories. Do not treat a shared active-ingredient name as proof that the formulation, device, approved uses or instructions are interchangeable. Ask the prescriber to identify the exact product and explain the clinical rationale.
FDA says compounded drugs should be used when an individual medical need cannot be met by an approved drug. Its approval process does not evaluate compounded preparations before marketing. A platform’s low price does not answer that medical question.
Read the cost over the term you can actually choose
The lowest CoreAge quotes used in these reviews are $79/month for semaglutide and $129/month for tirzepatide with an annual selection. The current public product pages display $99 and $149. SuperHealthy’s linked offer displays $85 and $135, while Likeness has both annual and one-month subscription choices.
Compare the payment due today, the medication quantity and the next charge. A low monthly equivalent is useful only when you also understand the commitment and whether an interrupted or clinically changed plan can be cancelled or refunded.
Ask what continuing care looks like
Find out how prescription questions reach the clinician after delivery and who authorizes later dose changes. Ask whether a live appointment is available, whether additional assessment may be needed and how a delayed refill is handled.
The product page’s promise of messaging is a starting point for that conversation. It is not an independently measured response time. Keep the care route with the medication instructions so it remains easy to find when the sales page is no longer in front of you.
