IVY RX was founded by a clinical pharmacist and reports more than 200,000 members. It pairs compounded GLP-1s with a longevity range — NAD+ at $179, sermorelin at $175, glutathione and B12 injections — and offers brand-name Ozempic and Mounjaro alongside the compounded options.
Two things here are genuinely good. The first is flat pricing: the rate does not rise as you titrate up, which removes the single biggest budgeting trap in this market. The second is its FDA disclaimer, which is the most useful we have read anywhere: "FDA does not review compounded medications for safety or effectiveness. FDA-approved medicines containing GLPs are available." That second sentence actively points readers toward approved alternatives, which is the opposite of what most compounded marketing does.
The pricing needs care. IVY RX's own page lists compounded semaglutide at $97 and a microdose plan at $77. Third-party reporting puts the standard rates considerably higher — around $175/month for semaglutide, $155 for the microdose and $275 for tirzepatide. Both figures cannot describe the same ongoing plan, and the lower pair are almost certainly promotional. At $175 it remains reasonable; at $97 it would be among the cheapest here. One presentational point we would flag. IVY RX lists its compounded tirzepatide as "Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®)". Placing a brand name beside a compounded product is precisely the practice the FDA objected to in its February 2026 warning letters to other telehealth companies, on the basis that it implies equivalence to an approved drug. IVY RX has not received such a letter, and its disclaimer is unusually clear — but the labelling convention is worth noticing.

About Compounded GLP-1s
The FDA declared the tirzepatide shortage resolved in December 2024 and the semaglutide shortage resolved in February 2025, which ended the window for compounding pharmacies to make large volumes of copies of those drugs (503A pharmacies had until April 22, 2025; 503B outsourcing facilities until May 22, 2025). Many telehealth companies continue to offer compounded GLP-1s prescribed for an individual patient — often as a personalized dose, a microdose, or a formulation combined with a vitamin such as B12 or B6. That practice sits in a contested legal area, and the FDA has continued to act. In a Federal Register notice published on May 1, 2026, the FDA proposed not to include semaglutide, tirzepatide or liraglutide on the 503B bulks list, saying it had not identified sufficient evidence of a clinical need for outsourcing facilities to compound them from bulk substances; the comment period was extended to July 30, 2026. Separately, in February 2026 the FDA issued warning letters to 30 telehealth companies over false or misleading claims about compounded GLP-1s, and it has continued: a further round dated 8 June 2026 — 25 warning letters, posted publicly on 16 June 2026 — reached companies including Medica Weight Loss, FITISH and Roen Health (RoenRx), again over false or misleading claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide that the FDA said made the products misbranded under sections 502(a) and 502(bb) of the FD&C Act. The claims cited included suggesting the products were FDA-approved, implying equivalence to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound, and asserting the "same active ingredient" or "same results" as the approved drugs. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, which means they have not gone through the same review as the brand-name products.
